Kris Patel, CFO of HOS Management has confirmed to Georgia CEO that the company is planning a new hotel in Savannah.

HOS Management will begin construction on an Aloft Hotel at the end of 2015 on 321 Montgomery Street. The brand is owned by Starwood Hotels. “Its our first hotel with Starwood and we believe it will fit perfectly within the Savannah market,” says Patel. He says the plan for the hotel is to have about 120 rooms.

There are only 80 Aloft hotels and most are located in city centers or in close proximity to airports. The brand has been praised for its modern decor and design. Patel says the hotel will have all the amenities of the Aloft Hotels already built including the w xyz bar.

The founders of HOS Management are Kirit Patel and Anil Patel. They started with one hotel and two decades later now have eight hotels. The company is already building a Fairfield Inn in Historic Savannah and just opened Cotton Sail to rave reviews in May.
