Rives E. Worrell Co., a JE Dunn Construction Company, recently hired Paul Balducci as a project manager. In that role, he is responsible for project operations including the scope, schedule, procurement and client satisfaction. 

Before joining Rives E. Worrell Co., Balducci was a project manager for seven years at Ryan Companies US, Inc., in Phoenix, Ariz., where he was responsible for the project management of a two million-square-foot office complex for State Farm in Tempe, Ariz.; a county courthouse in Phoenix, Ariz.; and a federal courthouse in Cedar Rapids, Ia. 

Balducci received his Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University with a major in construction management. While living in Phoenix, he actively volunteered at the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Phoenix. A native of Scottsdale, Ariz., he now resides in Savannah, Ga.
