Colleen Kearns Wilson has joined Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty as a sales associate.

An experienced negotiator and saleswoman, Colleen is skilled at listening to what people need and matching them with the right opportunity. She is also proficient at marketing and research.

“I am passionate about providing excellent customer service, so I am meticulous and focused on the details that will affect my clients’ experience,” Colleen said. “I listen carefully so I know what matters to them and can efficiently deliver what my clients need.”

Colleen worked as a fundraiser for 13 years as Director of Development at the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center, Associate Director of the Annual Fund at Rice University, Manager of Donor Development with the Houston Museum of Natural Science as well being the Associate Director of the annual fund at The Lawrenceville School in Lawrenceville, NJ and Assistant Director of Capital Campaigns at the Buckingham, Browne & Nichols School in Cambridge, MA.  Her positions honed her skills in building and sustaining relationships and finding the right match for each donor. She worked as a consultant with School Advisory Services, LLC and a teacher. She was also a manager and sales representative with Villeroy & Boch, Ltd.

Colleen is married to Kef Wilson and their three children attend Savannah Country Day School, where he is head of school. She received her B.A. in English from University of Maryland and an M.S. in Elementary Education from Fordham University.
