As we dip into our Fall routines, the West Broad Street YMCA continues to help strengthen the community during the month of September with fitness classes, family engagement activities, and more!

Fall fitness classes at the Y begin on September 1st! Become a member today and join us for a variety of dance and toning classes with personal training options. The Y offers youth, college, senior, military, family, and corporate membership rates.

Plan for your child to spend the day with us on Monday, September 14, 2015 for our Holiday Day Camp. Day camp fees are $15.00 per current youth and members ages 4 and up, $30.00 per non-member. The application and fee deadline is Tuesday, September 8, 2015. Applications are available at the West Broad Street YMCA, located at 1110 May Street, Savannah, GA 31415.

On September, 14th and 28th, September Arts for Adults will take place at the West Broad Street YMCA from 6:15pm – 7:15pm. Learn the powers of description, both verbal and written. As we take a trip down memory lane, turn the flowers you pick, the memories held dear, into keepsakes for future generations.

The Art-Full Apprentice Program at the West Broad Street YMCA is currently taking applications. This is a free 12-week program for students ages 12-14. During this program students will study the practice of Orthographic Drawing, Small Sculpture, and Sculpture Surfacing under the mentoring of a SCAD Student. Classes begin Thursday, September 3, 2015. Sign-Up today, seating is limited.
