Healthpac and ClaimRemedi Announce Partnership

ClaimRemedi, a leading insurance claims clearinghouse, announced today a formal partnership with Healthpac Computer Systems, a leading medical billing software provider headquartered in Savannah.

The partnership provides billing services and provider offices the seamless integration of claims, electronic remittance advices, and eligibility verification between their Healthpac software and their ClaimRemedi web-based portal. The two companies stated that billing companies that use both ClaimRemedi’s and Healthpac’s solutions will benefit from increased efficiency and accuracy.

“A number of our clients have used ClaimRemedi as their clearinghouse of choice, but we hadn’t yet been able to offer the integration between our two technologies,” said Healthpac CEO Buddy Claborn. “We knew that we needed to expand our partnership in order to provide a solid integrated revenue cycle management offering—and now we can.”

Healthpac provides billing software for a broad range of organizations: from small medical billing companies to large multi-location facilities. ClaimRemedi provides web-based solutions for healthcare provider offices, billing services and practice management system vendors to manage the full lifecycle of patient insurance claims. The two companies have long served a number of the same clients, and this new partnership will allow these clients, as well as future mutual clients, to manage their billing processes more efficiently.
