Dale Carnegie Training will host a 7 week management program entitled "Leadership Training for Managers" starting October 1st in Savannah at The Westin.   The purpose of the program is provide tools and skills to improve operational efficiency, increase team member engagement, and enhance the effectiveness of the leadership team to drive organizational results.   

Participants will gain the principles for building a strong team, develop creative methods for driving innovation, discover the keys that unlock human potential, learn ways to close performance gaps, communicate and sell ideas.   The program will provide the "How to's" on Leadership and Management - with practical "on the job" applications that will deliver a real measurable ROI.
