Yoga for Cancer Patients and Survivors

6:30 p.m., Tuesdays, and 12:45 p.m., Thursdays, FitnessOne, 3rd floor of the Memorial Outpatient & Wellness Center, Memorial University Medical Center

These weekly yoga classes are free for cancer survivors and those in treatment. The classes help with flexibility and balance while also providing relaxation. The instructor is Yoga Alliance registered with more than 200 hours of training, including specialized yoga training for cancer survivors at OM Yoga in New York.
