Shoestring Theatre Company Presents "Hazard Point" Opens This Weekend

Staff Report From Savannah CEO

Friday, September 11th, 2015

The Shoestring Theatre Company is proud to present Hazard Point, a madcap comedy/mystery, by Savannah playwright B.B. Capryllian on September 11, 12, 18 & 19 at 8 p.m. Performances take place at Forsyth Park House, third floor, 703 Whitaker Street, Savannah, GA.

The fast-paced production is set, literally and figuratively, at a beautiful, southern Bed & Breakfast. But the setting quickly turns to chaos as guests arrive, secrets are spilled and scotch begins flowing.

The original work includes gold diggers, ex-cons, a missing person, snakes and a whole lot more nuttiness. Under the direction of Terri Hsu, the cast features five women and four men, including attorney Charles “Bo" Bowen and local tour guide Bonnie Terrell.

“Our goal is simple. We want to be the most fun and surprising theatre company in Savannah,” said cast member Charles Bowen. “This production is fresh, funny and the perfect opportunity to see The Shoestring Company in action.”
