The 2015 Hospice Savannah Golf Tournament, presented by USI Insurance Services, will be held on Monday, September 28 at The Landings Club Plantation Course. The driving range and lunch are available at noon with a 1:15 p.m. shotgun start with a four-man scramble format.

Proceeds support Hospice Savannah’s Daily Impact Fund, making a difference each and every day in the lives of patients and their families. Teams are forming now. Greens fees are $150 per golfer or $600 per foursome. Each foursome receives a round of golf & cart, use of the practice range, a pre-event lunch, a putting contest and a chance of winning many prizes including a hole-in-one give-a-way a car, sponsored by Southern Motors.
