Melissa H. Proper has joined Bernard Williams & Company as an Account Manager for its Life, Health and Financial Services. Proper works with new and existing customers, and assists in Individual and Group Health Insurance, Life Products and Financial Services.

She has more than 10 years’ experience in the industry and is pursuing a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Liberty University. Proper’s previous experience includes Account Director at Wexler & Associates and Client Relations Coordinator at Northwestern Mutual.

Active in the community, her volunteer service has included being a Parent Facilitator for the Savannah/Chatham County school system. She is currently helping Title 1 schools with parental involvement and Backpack Buddies and also assists Bible Baptist Church’s AWANA children’s ministry.
