THA Group is celebrating 20 years of service to Coastal Georgia and the South Carolina Low Country during National Home Care, Hospice & Palliation Month, which honors those who attend to the in-home health, hospice and community-based care needs of people in the comfort and privacy of their homes.

THA Group's story began in 1995 with the formation of THA Services, a management corporation, and the purchase of Island Nursing Registry, a family-owned home care company on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and the name became Island Health Care. Since then, THA Group has continued to expand the services it provides, as well as the areas it serves. After opening offices in Beaufort and Bluffton, South Carolina, THA Group crossed over into Georgia to serve Chatham, Bryan, Bulloch and Effingham counties.
