Parker’s, an award-winning convenience store company headquartered in Savannah, Ga., recently hired Brian Prevatt, CPA as Director of Finance and Administration. In his new position, Prevatt is responsible for overseeing financial strategy and fiscal operations at Parker’s.
 
An accomplished CPA, Prevatt excels at developing long-term strategic and financial plans. Before joining the company, he worked closely with Parker’s while employed as a Tax Manager with Hancock Askew & Co., LLP. During his tenure at Hancock Askew, he earned the J. Patterson Little Team Player Award as well as awards for profitability and most billable hours for several consecutive years.
 
An active community volunteer, Prevatt currently serves a member of the Royce Learning Center Board of Directors and is a member of the United Way of the Coastal Empire’s Stewardship Review Committee. He is the former treasurer of the Telfair Museums' William Jay Society and a former member of the Savannah Communication Foundations Emerging Leaders Committee.
 
Prevatt earned a B.B.A. in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy at Georgia Southern University. He currently resides in Savannah with his wife, Savanna, and daughter, Sutton.
