Colliers International | Savannah recently facilitated the $7.9 million sale of the iconic Realty Building at 24 Drayton Street in historic Downtown Savannah, GA.

The Realty Building was purchased by 24 Drayton Street Properties, LLC from SCG II - Drayton, LLC. Ashley Smith, SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International | Savannah represented the seller in the transaction. Ashley was also responsible for leasing the building, taking it from 45% leased to 95% leased at the time of the sale. The buyer was unrepresented.

The ten-story, 55,560 square-foot building was built in 1921. It currently consists of commercial/retail space on the first floor (Rivers & Glen Trading Co. and Ameris Bank) with traditional office build-out throughout the remainder of the building.
