David Garfunkel, Managing Member of David Garfunkel & Co. LLC, a subsidiary of A.J. & C. Garfunkel & Co. LLC, announces its acquisition of Oglethorpe Office Park, a 119,000 square foot Class "A" office park located at 400 Mall Blvd.

The office park is 99% leased and has tenants such as OSHA, Social Security Administration, State of Georgia, Chatham County, Progressive Insurance, South State Bank, Optim Orthopedics, to name a few.

The office park recently underwent a five million dollar renovation. It consists of 2, two story buildings and 5, one story buildings. The office park sits on 9.3 acres and is located on the northeast quadrant of Mall Blvd. and Hodgeson Memorial Drive.

The office park was purchased from The Rosen Group of New York. The purchase price was $15,000,000.00.

Louis Lipsitz, Senior Director of Leasing and Management at David Garfunkel & Company recently completed the leasing of  23,000 square feet of space which then was able to bring about the sale.
