Judge Realty announced Casey Howard and Pam Peterson as the 2015 Top Producers. Howard, Vice President of Asset Management and Leasing for Judge Commercial, completed an astonishing $13M in multi-family sales, $2.5M in hospitality, $4M in shopping centers, and leased over $4.5M in retail, office and warehouse transactions this year earning the Commercial Top Producer Award. Peterson, a residential Sales Associate, finished the year strong with just under $7 million and received the Residential Top Producer Award.

Howard has over 11 years of experience providing advisory, asset management, and brokerage services in all commercial property types with a concentration in multi-family and retail real estate. She has a broad array of expertise in commercial real estate including lease negotiation and restructuring, site selection, build-to-suit oversight, tenant/landlord representation, investment sales, and more. Howard’s national network of users, developers, private investors, REITs, and brokerage relationships have created a strong platform to deliver far-reaching representation for her clients.

When asked about her success this year, Howard said, “These days my definition of success is very different from what it might have been 5-6 years ago. Success might have been defined in very quantitative terms, whereas, my definition of success nowadays is much more qualitative. Success for me is having people around you that you love, and that love and support you. You get to have a positive impact on people. I find that more important than anything right now.”
