The Richmond Hill/Bryan County Chamber of Commerce announces its next Business After Hours: Thursday January 28th from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at Creekside’s Brand New Pool House at 55 Shelton Street in the Creekside community (Hwy 144 to Brisbon Road).
 
Chamber members and their guests are invited to enjoy an evening of networking, music by Luke Lander, appetizers and beverages.  There will be wonderful door prizes and a chance at the Chamber’s 50/50 cash drawing.
 
Creekside at Richmond Hill Plantation opened in 2014 as a joint opportunity between Homes of Integrity Construction and K. Hovnanian Homes.  The community’s popularity has created the need to open the final phase of the community, and the construction of a second community pool.  The final phase will consist of single family homes starting in the low $200s enjoying access to community amenities as well as convenience to Hwy 144, local schools and businesses.
 
Between Homes of Integrity and K. Hovnanian Homes, over 15 different home designs will be available in the last phase.  Homes feature distinctive finishes, open floor plans, tremendous storage, spacious owner’s suites and luxury baths.
