D. J. Powers Company, Inc., an international logistics provider, celebrated Valentine’s Day by collecting donations from employees to support local animal shelters of their choosing.

The D. J. Powers’ offices that participated were the Savannah, Georgia office, which chose to donate to the Humane Society for Greater Savannah, the Atlanta, Georgia office that selected Noah’s Ark in Locust Grove and the Charleston, South Carolina office, which opted to donate to the Charleston Animal Society.  Donations ranged from monetary contributions, to food and gently used clothing or blankets.

D. J. Powers’ employees enjoyed celebrating a holiday of love by collecting items that can help make a difference in some of their furry friends’ lives, since so many of the employees have been touched by an animals’ unconditional love and devotion.
