Jason McMillan has been names a Trustee of The Georgia Southern Foundation Board and will be serving a 5 year term.  Mr. McMillan, joined BB&T Corporation in 2003 and is a Senior Vice President/ Regional Corporate Banker based in Savannah, GA.  He manages a diversified corporate loan portfolio of companies across the State of Georgia, Coastal South Carolina and North Florida.  He is a graduate of Berry College and has 19 years of banking experience.  Mr. McMillan is a native of Vidalia, GA and is an active member in organizations such as the Berry College Alumni Board of Directors,  United Way of Coastal Empire, Leadership Southeast Georgia, Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce, Coastal Scottish Heritage Society of Savannah and is a past graduate of Leadership Savannah and Leadership Southeast Georgia.
