Old Savannah Insurance Agency, a family owned insurance firm with offices serving Chatham County and the surrounding communities, is announcing the continuation of their successful charity drive for the Georgia-based Coastal Pet Rescue non-profit.

An all-volunteer organization committed to the safe and humane treatment, housing, and care of animals, Coastal Pet Rescue is headquartered in Savannah, Georgia. CPR has worked diligently since 2003 to save the lives of abused, neglected, and mistreated cats and dogs in the area, and continues to incur mounting veterinary bills as this effort goes forward.

“We’re going to do everything we can to help Coastal Pet Rescue reduce their veterinary bill obligation, and we’re calling on our community members to join this charity drive with us,” states James Grusheski, owner and manager of Old Savannah Insurance Agency.

To help gather support, Grusheski and the Old Savannah team are establishing a social media presence and sending out a community email bulletin to reach like-minded families and businesses in eastern Georgia. As well, the firm will produce a feature article of the CPR charity drive in the upcoming issue of “Our Hometown,” a monthly online community magazine published by Old Savannah Insurance: http://www.oldsavannahinsuranceagency.com/Our-Hometown-Magazine_41.

In addition, Grusheski and the Old Savannah Insurance team have undertaken a permanent community improvement campaign that will involve working with another new Georgia-based charity or non-profit organization every sixty days going forward.
