Monday, February 22nd, 2016

Trey Skinner has joined Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty as a sales associate.

A Savannah native, Trey grew up on Whitemarsh Island, where he lives today. He is very familiar with the area, especially Tybee Island and other local islands, as well as the Landmark Historic District in downtown Savannah. He lives in Long Point, on the same creek he grew up enjoying.

“Being born and raised and still living on Whitemarsh Island, I know there's a lot of salt water and mud flowing through my veins,” Trey said. “I provide clients with a deep understanding of the many options of waterfront and marshfront living and I listen to what they want. I know how to navigate the many choices to find the perfect home for each client, whether on the islands, downtown, or in the many other great neighborhoods in the Savannah area.”

Before joining Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty, Trey worked with another local real estate firm. Prior to his career in real estate, he spent 24 years in the investment and consulting arena. His communication skills are excellent, honed by explaining complicated financial matters to boards of trustees and a wide range of other clients. He is comfortable speaking with everyone and is approachable, fosters trust, and treats people respectfully.

Trey is married with two sons, three dogs and one cat.  He and his wife own The Funky Brunch Cafe on Broughton Street in Savannah's Historic District. His hobbies are boating, swimming, tennis and fishing. He served as president of the Civitan Club of Savannah and the American Heart Association of Greater Savannah. He is a member of Knight of Columbus Council #631 and the Savannah Yacht Club Tennis Committee.
