As part of its quest to ensure Coastal Empire residents can find a conveniently located collision-repair center with top-notch expertise, equipment and customer service, Ward’s Auto Painting and Bodyworks has opened a seventh location – their first in Bulloch County.

The newest repair center in the Ward’s network, conveniently located at 12130 Highway 301 South, next door to JC Lewis Ford, in Statesboro, offers the same expert precision and quality service as the other Ward locations from 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The center’s five skilled and knowledgeable staffers and local manager, Bob Wyatt, provide a wide array of services guaranteed to satisfy customers by getting their vehicles up and running in a timely and safe manner.

The team is happy to handle towing and car rental arrangements, and they’re experienced in communicating with insurance companies. Throughout the repair process, Ward’s employees provide frequent updates to customers – including photographs of their vehicles, by text or phone and offer updates online as customers are able to access the company’s “repair status” feature on the Ward’s website.

Ward’s founder and owner, Robbie Ward with Ward’s Operations Director, Zach Dykstra, began to consider adding a Statesboro location after their three Savannah locations saw a fair amount of Bulloch County traffic. After speaking with various insurance companies, they realized there was a need in Statesboro for the specialized and comprehensive services Ward’s provides.

“Robbie and I know that no one wants to be involved in an accident. It can be a very stressful process to go through. At Ward’s, we’ve adopted a common-sense approach to repair vehicles while taking care of our customers throughout the process,” Dykstra said. “We keep them updated through the repair process and work with their insurance company every step of the way. We’re focused on exceeding clients’ expectations in every category.”

That customer-based mentality put Ward’s on the map quickly and continues to win over those who utilize their services, as is evidenced by their near-perfect score on www.AutoBody-Review.com  Furthermore, Ward and Dykstra maintain these standards throughout every community in which they have a presence and are committed to giving back.

Ward’s supports a significant number of non-profit organizations, including those in animal safety and adoption efforts, Rotary Club programs, and The 200 Club, which honors and aids families of fallen first responders. Ward’s also provides scholarships to young people, supports military programs that benefit families at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, and contributes time, locations and donations to community events, such as cookouts, festivals and fundraisers. They look forward to continuing these outreach efforts in Statesboro as they integrate into the Bulloch County region.

“We feel it is very important to give back to the community because this is where our employees and customers live and work,” Dykstra said. “Supporting each other as a family is what makes the community strong.”
