City of Richmond Hill Holds Grand Opening for 2016 Farmers’ Market

The City of Richmond Hill recently held the opening for its 2016 Farmers’ Market, with giveaways and activities for children.
“We are extremely excited about the Farmers’ Market returning. We look forward to the new season, and hope to make it an enjoyable experience for both vendors and customers,” said Harvey Lashley, market manager. “We want to make this an experience that keeps people coming back. ”
Each Tuesday from March thru October, the market will be held in J.F. Gregory Park and will offer the best in local produce and crafts. Shopping hours will be from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m.
