Bluffside at Country Club Creek entails over 20 acres of lush landscape with panoramic views of Country Club Creek which leads directly into the Herb River. Traditionally known as The German Country Club, the site is currently being developed into a residential neighborhood and will consist of 7 waterfront home sites, 1 marsh front home site, and 58 interior lots. Bluffside will include many amenities for its residents including a neighborhood pool, activity center, area green space, and a community playground and fishing pier. Konter Development Company is currently in the midst of infrastructure work on site including the installation of storm and sewer piping, grading, and paving. Vertical construction is expected to begin late summer 2016.

“We are excited to have the opportunity to develop this historic piece of land into a thriving neighborhood that will bring vitality to the area while respecting the history of the property,” says Jerry Konter, President of Konter Development Company.
