Pet Business Magazine, one of the top monthly business news magazines that informs, educates and entertains pet industry professionals, and Global Pet Expo, the pet industry’s largest annual trade show, have recognized TailsSpin Pet Food and Accessories as its prestigious “2016 Retailer Excellence Award, Best Overall Multi-Unit Retailer (2-10 Stores).”  Born in Savannah, TailsSpin has three stores in Savannah, Pooler, and Whitemarsh Island, Georgia.   

The Retailer Excellence Awards are presented to outstanding independent pet specialty retailers in the country.  TailsSpin was recognized for excelling in sales, customer service, store design, merchandising and community service in the 2 to 10 store category.

Jusak Yang Bernhard and Jeffrey A. Manley, owners of TailsSpin, along with its management team of Rose Casesi, Chief Operating Officer, Kristen Watson, District Manager, Tom Kenkel, Marketing Director, Aimee Dansky, Tess Jakubiec, Jennie Battle, and William Lucas, Managers, attended the Awards Ceremony during the 2016 Global Pet Expo Show for Pet Retailers at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida March 16th through 18th.

Global Pet Expo, the pet industry’s largest annual trade show, is presented by the American Pet Products Association and Pet Industry Distributors Association.  Global Pet Expo has recently been recognized with the top honor of “Greatest Show on Earth” by Trade Show Executive Magazine.

TailsSpin delivers its promise to the community by raising funds for local pet rescues and other non-profit organizations, as well as by working closely with the local government on pet-related programs, such as the creation of dog parks.
