This branch is managed by highly-respected veteran loan officer, Denise Lott. The new office is located at 132 Stephenson Avenue, Suite 202, Savannah, Georgia 31405.

Prior to 1st Advantage Mortgage, Lott was Vice President of Mortgage Lending at one of the nation’s top ten retail mortgage lenders. With more than 20 years in the financial services industry, Lott is proficient in all aspects of residential loan origination and has vast experience with first time home buyers, condos and co-ops, jumbo loans and FHA and VA loan programs.
