Bouhan Falligant Partner One of Nation’s Top 1%

Bouhan Falligant announced Partner J. Daniel Falligant was recently recognized as a member of the “Top One Percent” of the attorneys in the nation by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel, an organization dedicated to promoting the highest standards of legal excellence.
Attorneys awarded membership in the “Top One Percent” are considered to be “the finest leaders of the legal profession from across the nation,” according to the NADC. Members are selected by a blue ribbon panel of attorneys and a judicial review board. NADC recognizes the attorneys who elevate the standards of the Bar and provide a benchmark for other lawyers to emulate.
In addition to commercial and residential real estate, Falligant’s practice focuses on business and corporate law. He has been named a Georgia “Super Lawyer” and “Legal Elite” by Georgia Trend and a “Best Lawyer in America” by U.S. News & World Report. He is a member of the Real Estate Section of the Georgia State Bar, a fellow in the Lawyers Foundation of Georgia, and served on the State Bar of Georgia’s Board of Governors for 24 years.
Falligant, who earned his L.L.B. degree from Mercer University, has been active in the Savannah community for more than 45 years, serving on the advisory board of the Savannah Economic Development Authority and the Savannah Christian Preparatory School Board.
