Marcus McBride joins Queensborough National Bank and Trust as a commercial business banker at the new Queensborough Rincon, GA location, 597 South Columbia Avenue. McBride’s experience includes more than nine years of community banking and business lending in Pooler, GA and Effingham County.

Originally from Springfield, Ga., McBride earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from The University of Georgia in 2007. He has also received professional certificates in credit analysis and financial institution analysis from the New York Institute of Finance. McBride is a graduate of Leadership Effingham’s class of 2008 and is very active in the community, having served as accounting chairman for Effingham County Relay for Life from 2008-2010, and currently serving as treasurer on the Pooler Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Bureau Board of Directors.
