Thomas & Hutton is pleased to announce the following new hire in its Savannah office. 

Brett Lundy joined Thomas & Hutton’s Quality Control team as a Construction Manager.  Brett joins the Thomas & Hutton team working at the Savannah Chatham County School Board Office where his responsibilities will include acting as an ESPLOST Program Manager by coordinating services of architects, engineers, and contractors with the various School Board departments during the design and construction of new schools.  Brett earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in Building Construction from Georgia Tech.  Brett started his career in a medium-sized firm in Atlanta, building and renovating K-12 schools and since then has worked in general contracting and owner representation and development in Savannah.
