LS3P Recognizes New Principal and Associate Principals

Following an April 1 merger with Dawson Architects, LS3P is pleased to recognize Neil Dawson, AIA as a firm Principal. Dawson, who founded Dawson Architects in 2008 and co-founded Dawson & Wissmach in 1999, brings over 28 years of experience in diverse designs including higher education and hospitality. His designs are focused on historic preservation and complex urban renovations with significant technology and sustainability requirements. Dawson will also serve as LS3P Office Leader in Savannah; for a transitional period of one year, LS3P’s Savannah office will be known as LS3P Dawson.

LS3P is also pleased to recognize John Hughes, AIA, LEED AP; Dave Moore, AIA; and Lisa Pinyan, IIDA, ASID, LEED AP as Associate Principals in the firm.   Hughes, a graduate of SCAD with a Master of Architecture, is highly experienced in project management for large-scale commercial, private, and institutional designs. Moore has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of the design and construction process, and a broad portfolio of designs for higher education, cultural/ performing arts, and hospitality. Pinyan, with over 20 years of experience in project management and interior design for commercial, civic, and academic clients, is a recent participant in Leadership Savannah.

These recognitions were announced at a firmwide meeting on May 10, 2016, and honor the consistent excellence, dedication, and passion of each of these team members.
