The new real estate enterprise launching soon, SERVICE FIRST Real Estate Associates, held a ribbon cutting at their new office, located at 101 West DeRenne Ave. During the grand opening celebration, Dyer and his team collected can food donations for America’s Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia.

Founded by Joe Dyer, sfrea will offer residential real estate services to buyers and sellers in the Savannah market. Associates at sfrea will serve as buying and selling agents for clients.

Dyer’s wealth of reputable experience before becoming a real estate agent includes being a multi-unit manager, a franchise-operating partner of Checkers, Bojangles and Cold Stone Creamery, and a southeast regional property manager.
