Ben Carter Enterprises announced store openings for an additional three restaurants and a car dealership at Tanger Outlets Savannah and its surrounding development sites in Pooler, Georgia.
Rise Pies, a pizza chain that offers fast-casual pizza using locally-sourced ingredients, will open in Phase II this August. Metro Diner, a Florida-based diner, will open in Phase III in early 2017. And, Texas Roadhouse, an American restaurant that specializes in steaks, is set to break ground this summer with an early 2017 opening. The restaurants will join the Panda Express that opened in 2015 and the Applebee’s that opened adjacent to the outlet mall in February 2016. Two fashion retailers, Forever 21 and H&M, recently joined Phase II of Tanger Outlets Savannah last month. Forever 21 opened on May 7 and H&M opened on May 19 to much success.
In addition to restaurant openings, Vaden Chevrolet of Pooler plans to open in early 2017. The outparcel development includes the dealership, a maintenance shop, a car wash and a seven-acre car lot on the southeast corner of the Tanger property, adjacent to Interstate 95.
“Tanger Outlets Savannah continues to be a popular shopping and dining destination for residents in the greater Savannah area and its many visitors,” said Quito Anderson, CEO of Ben Carter Enterprises. “The addition of these tenants will create an even better experience for our guests.”
