Collins Construction Services Inc. recently hired Samantha J Allen as a Project Engineer.  In this position she will assist Project Managers with the preparation, coordination and review of subcontracts, submittals, RFQ’s, RFP’s, RFI’s, schedules, pay requests and plan review. 

Prior to joining the Collins Construction Services team in Savannah, Sam served the City of Pooler as a Civil and Architectural Inspector primarily responsible for the oversight of the Tanger Outlets project.  Sam has also served the US Army Corps of Engineers in Afghanistan as a Quality Control Specialist as well as the US Air Force and US Army.

Sam is a native of Chiefland, Florida and recently graduated from Everglades University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management.  She is also a member of the International Erosion Control Association and certified National Pollution and Elimination Systems Level IB Inspector and Level II Plan Reviewer.
