Collins Construction, Inc. Hires Project Manager

Collins Construction Services Inc. recently hired Wayne Brown as a Project Manager. He will manage several on-going projects as well handle business development through the firm’s newly acquired SBA 8a certification.

Prior to joining the Collins Construction, Brown was employed by AECOM, one of the largest contractors in the world. He managed more than $1 billion dollars in federal projects in the mid-Atlantic area for clients such as the USAVE, NAVFAC, the Department of the Air Force and the Department of Defense. Brown’s experience also includes hospitality, highways, retail, medical, and K12.

Brown is a native of Keyser, West Virginia with a BS in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University.  He is OSHA 30 certified and is a Certified Construction Manager thru the Construction Management Association of America. His other affiliations include the American Military Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
