Austin Hill Realty is pleased to announce the addition of two collaborative partnerships to further enhance the progressive real estate company’s robust list of client services, as well as supporting its fundamental values and mission to focus its resources on promoting a thriving Savannah.

The multigenerational real estate company recently partnered with Coastline Management, a full-service property management company that boasts over 16 years of experience in tenant and client relationships. Coastline Management will oversee Austin Hill Realty’s long-term property rentals providing customized management plans specifically tailored to the unique needs of investors, homeowners, and tenants. Currently, the property management company handles a diverse portfolio of more than 60 rental units, including Savannah’s much-anticipated Broughton Street Collection which is located in the emerging live-work-play community in the heart of the Savannah’s Landmark Historic District and successfully blends modern living with authentic historic charm in the luxurious lofts for rent.

In addition to adding a property management division, Austin Hill Realty also recently partnered and co-located with Location Gallery, a popular local art gallery that features group and solo art shows by Savannah artists. Under the thoughtful direction of Gallery Curator Peter Roberts, and in collaboration with Austin Hill Realty, Location Gallery donates profits from art shows back to designated and local nonprofits in an effort to further support their collaborative mission to promote a thriving Savannah. Previous nonprofit recipients include Hospice Savannah, One Love Animal Rescue, Emmaus House, DEEP Center and First City Network, with a total of over $8,000 donated thus far.
