JTVS Builders Hires Billy McIntosh as Senior Project Manager

JTVS Builders, Inc., a residential and commercial construction company serving coastal Georgia and South Carolina, is pleased to announce Billy McIntosh as the company’s new senior project manager.

In his new position, McIntosh will oversee all aspects of the company’s commercial and residential projects, including the management of team project managers and superintendents, as well as provide leadership and guidance on best practices to ensure clients are receiving the benefit of the company’s value-centric project approach throughout the planning and construction process.

With nearly 20 years of building and construction industry experience, McIntosh formerly served as a senior project manager of custom residential projects within the Palmetto Bluff development. Highlights of past notable projects also include high-level, custom construction in The Landings, Thomas County Coastal Plains Library, Dougherty County EMS Facility, Rescare Corporate Office, Turner’s Fine Furniture, Tifton-Tift County Regional Library, Pelham High School Recreational Facility, Northpark 500 Rooftop Garden, and Country Club of the South.

McIntosh earned a B.S. degree in construction engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, Ga., and is certified as a LEED Accredited Professional. Of the distinguished projects he managed, two earned coveted industry awards including the LightHouse Award by the Hilton Head Area Home Builders Association for a private residence in Palmetto Bluff, as well as the Georgia AGC Build Georgia Award. McIntosh serves as vice president of Blessed Sacrament School’s board of directors; committee chairman for Blessed Sacrament School facilities; and is a proud supporter of community organizations such as The Next Generation, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and others.
