Judge Commercial Announces Kimberly Dalton as Commercial Asset Manager

Judge Commercial has announced the addition of Kimberly Dalton as the Commercial Asset Manager.  Kimberly’s experience comes from over a decade of commercial real estate which includes working for industry leaders such as Colliers International and CBRE, two of the world’s highest ranking commercial real estate firms.

Originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Kimberly has made the Savannah area her home after spending the previous decade in Hawaii. Over the past ten years she has gained invaluable commercial asset management experience that she plans to bring to Judge Commercial.

As part of her experience, Kimberly successfully managed and increased the Net Operating Income (NOI) for multi-million dollar shopping centers and for smaller commercial property owners.  Her comprehensive approach in improving location operations is centered in building rapport with property vendors and tenants while conscientiously managing details.  She is also a licensed real estate agent in both Hawaii and Georgia with many loyal and appreciative clients nation-wide.
