Tracy Schyberg has joined Celia Dunn Sotheby's International Realty as a sales associate licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina.

A native Savannahian who has a second home in Palmetto Bluff, Schyberg is very knowledgeable about the many neighborhoods and lifestyles in the area, from Isle of Hope to Ardsley Park to downtown Savannah and numerous other neighborhoods. Having spent spent time on Hilton Head Island for summers much of her life, she knows all that coastal Georgia and the South Carolina Low Country have to offer, whether a buyer is looking for downtown energy, resort-style country club living or something else.

“You have to listen to the customer first,” Schyberg said. “One of my strengths is my willingness to listen to what they want and then think about the best ways to accomplish it. I always go above and beyond to make the customer happy,”

Prior to her career in real estate, Schyberg worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative and in corporate sales for a major hotel chain. She started her career as a catering and event manager. An accomplished saleswoman, she is experienced in everything from cold calls to tailoring corporate plans. She earned a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and a minor in business from Georgia Southern University. She is married to Jeff Schyberg and has a daughter.
