Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC has named Thomas Kersey, a REALTOR from Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners licensed in both South Carolina and Georgia, to the Coldwell Banker 30 Under 30.  This prestigious list features the top young real estate professionals among the almost 85,000 Coldwell Banker professionals working in 47 countries around the world. This group of real estate professionals honors the heritage of founders, Colbert Coldwell and later Arthur Banker, who started their company at 24 and 28 years old, respectively.

Kersey, 26, was honored for his achievements ranging from philanthropic endeavors and client dedication to professional accomplishments, including being named to Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society for ranking among the top 15% of agents worldwide.  Kersey has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners since 2014.  He holds two bachelor's degrees in Pre-Law and previously worked in the legal field. Thomas credits his experience in law with teaching him the importance of preciseness, accuracy, fairness, honesty, and an understanding of contracts and legal obligations, which helps him better assist his clients in the process of buying and selling real estate.
