Alton Lane, the premier custom men’s clothier, will open
its twelfth retail location, a 2,500 square-foot private showroom, in the heart of the historic district of Savannah, on September 30th. Bringing its bespoke menswear to Savannah, Alton Lane’s showroom will feature a customized client experience combined with state-of-the-art 3D body scanning technology and a carefully curated selection of fabrics from some of the finest European mills including Scabal, Dormeuil, Zenga and Thomas Mason.

“Savannah is such a unique, wonderful city with a rich and vibrant culture.  We are thrilled to join the already thriving creative community down here,” said Colin Hunter, Alton Lane’s co-founder and CEO. “We're really looking forward to sharing our first-class client experience, technology and craftsmanship with the men of Savannah.'

Alton Lane offers a full assortment of custom clothing for many occasions, ranging from business to social events, red carpets and weddings. Samplings of product offerings include custom shirts, blazers, trousers, suits, tuxedos, overcoats and accessories. At their appointment-only showroom, clients are welcome to enjoy a drink at the fully-stocked bar, relax on custom leather couches and catch their favorite team on TV while selecting fabric, style and finishings for their garment.

To ensure the perfect fit, Alton Lane’s 3D scanning technology uses sensors to capture 300 unique measurements in just 30 seconds, creating a digital avatar that can be stored for each client. With size, style, and fabric selection confirmed, orders are submitted directly to partner factories around the world where garments are laser-cut and then hand-stitched to precision. Approximately four to five weeks later the finished piece arrives at the client’s doorstep. Custom shirts range from $99 to $500; custom suits range from $595 to $10,000.

Founded by Hunter and Peyton Jenkins in 2009, Alton Lane has showrooms around the country as well a 31-foot custom-built airstream showroom. The brand outfits a variety of notable clients, including top business professionals, former presidents, professional athletes, Emmy award-winning actors and Oscar-nominated directors, all of whom attribute custom fit and the personalized experience as key strengths.

Alton Lane’s Savannah showroom at 223 West Broughton Street, will be open Tuesday through Saturday, 10am – 7pm. To sign up for early access to appointments and to receive invitations to opening events, visit http://www.altonlane.com/Savannah.
