Junior Achievement of Georgia– Coastal Region, recently hired Morgan Sawicki as program associate.
 
In her position as program associate, Sawicki is responsible for coordinating and managing large volunteer projects in partnership with corporate liaisons and community partners as well as delivering volunteer recruitment and training presentations.  In addition, Sawicki generates required reports and keeps track of program implementation to meet team and individual goals.
 
Prior to the role of program associate for JA of Georgia, Sawicki served as the accounts manager for Abshire Public Relations, where she was responsible for executing copywriting and project needs, contributing to client and APR social media accounts and blogs, as well as managing all administrative tasks, including scheduling, logistics and communications.
 
Sawicki is a graduate of the University of Georgia Grady School of Journalism. She received a B.A. in advertising as well as a minor in fashion merchandising. During her undergraduate experience, she served as the logistics and operations intern for AmericasMart in Atlanta, Ga., assisting with trade show operations. Sawicki is an active member in the community volunteering for One Love Animal Rescue.  Originally from Atlanta, Ga., she currently lives in Savannah.
