Brad Whitfield received his Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor credential, which serves to maintain the highest recognized standards of professional excellence for middle market corporate financial advisory and transaction services, and provides a benchmark for professional achievement within that overall body of knowledge.

Brad is a CPA and is credentialed in business valuation. He has extensive experience in the areas of taxation, contract CFO services, business valuation, M&A transactions, quality of earnings reports, and litigation expert testimony. Brad is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Finance, and holds a Masters in Accounting from Georgia Southern University.

Miller Glover successfully completed the requirements to earn his credential as a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist. This certification is earned by good standing members of the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers, distinguishing Miller’s notable expertise in rendering solutions to tax problems.

Miller is a CPA with more than a decade of experience advising Fortune 300 companies across a wide spectrum of industries, focusing in finance and technology. He specializes in the areas of financial accounting, corporate tax planning, management consulting, and tax resolution. Miller is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a degree in Business Administration, and earned his MBA from Georgia Southern University.
