WHERE: Outside the main entrance of the Curtis and Elizabeth Anderson Cancer Institute at Memorial University Medical Center

WHY:  Join generous benefactors Curtis and Elizabeth Anderson and Memorial Health to celebrate the launch of the Destination Cancer Care campaign with a $1 million matching gift announcement. This capital campaign supports cancer-fighting technology, research, and patient assistance programs right here in Savannah.

The Curtis & Elizabeth Anderson Cancer Institute, provides cancer screening, diagnosis, surgery, medical oncology (chemotherapy), radiation oncology, support services, and long-term follow-up. The ACI also features the only children's cancer program in the region, the region's first practice devoted exclusively to breast health, the region's first gynecologic oncology services, and original cancer research conducted in an on-site laboratory in collaboration with scientists at Mercer University School of Medicine, among its many programs.
