The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce will host its 210th Annual Meeting from noon to 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 13 at the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort and Spa.
 
At this event, the Chamber will reflect on its 2016 accomplishments and review its 2017 Program of Work. The Chamber will recognize 2016 Chamber Board Chair Whip Triplett, executive vice president of the Northpoint Hospitality Group, as he passes the gavel to incoming Board Chair Sam McCachern, president & CEO of Thomas & Hutton Engineering Company. Committee chairs and 2016 volunteers will also be recognized and thanked for their work with the Chamber this year.
 
“This event gives us the chance to honor business leaders in our community for their hard work with the Savannah Area Chamber,” said Chamber President & CEO Bill Hubbard. “We enjoy getting to look back on the accomplishments we achieved with the help of these professionals, as well as look ahead to the work in the upcoming year that our efforts have laid the groundwork for.”
