Speros Welcomes Kelly Quinn as IT Operations Supervisor

Speros, a full-service technology company headquartered in Savannah, announces that Kelly Quinn has joined the firm as IT Operations supervisor. Her duties include managing the day-to-day operations of the firm’s Information Technology department and providing support to clients.

“Kelly knows how to ensure our operations run smoothly, and when customers contact our help desk, that they receive the prompt personal attention they expect from the Speros team,” said Keith Fletcher, chief operating officer. “She has the training and experience to anticipate issues and she understands technical support. We are very pleased she decided to join Speros.”

As IT Operations supervisor, Quinn will be responsible for managing the workflow of Speros’ Information Technology department, including: scheduling and dispatching, handling tier 1 network and email related issues, and providing desktop support.

“My main goal is to deliver top-notch customer support,” Quinn stated. “Speros is known for providing truly integrated solutions and unparalleled service in resolving issues quickly and effectively. I’m here to ensure that our clients receive nothing less than our best.”

Quinn has an extensive background in the field of IT customer support. She previously served as a help desk technician with LSP Technologies and was employed by Global Connect as an Account Implementation and Customer Support representative. Quinn also served as a Major Account representative, Senior Escalation representative, and Technical Support representative at Premiere Global Services. She studied business writing at Ocean County College. A native of The Forked River, New Jersey, Quinn enjoys boating, kayaking and paddle boarding.
