Thomas & Hutton is pleased to announce its new Certified Management Accountant.  Chief Financial Officer Tom Pace recently earned this certification.  The CMA certification is a professional credential that can be earned in the advanced management accounting and financial management fields.  The CMA exam is a 2-part exam that must be passed as a prerequisite to earning the CMA designation that signifies the person possesses the knowledge in the areas of external financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, investment decisions, risk management, and professional ethics.  The CMA is a US-based, globally recognized certification offered by The Institute of Management Accountants.

Tom Pace has over 26 years of experience with Fortune 100 companies.  He earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina.  Additionally, Tom holds a Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
