Thomas & Hutton Announces Two New Professional Engineers

Thomas & Hutton is pleased to announce two new Professional Engineers. Aga Beck and Catherine Carella, both Project Designers for the Savannah office, are now Georgia licensed Professional Engineers.  The 8-hour civil examination consists of five areas, including construction, geotechnical, structural, transportation, and water resources and environmental.

Aga Beck has eight years of experience in engineering. She graduated from Szczecin University of Technology in Poland with a Master’s of Science in Civil Engineering. She currently works in the Thomas & Hutton Environmental Engineering Department. Aga provides support in preparation of construction plans, construction cost, and contract documents, as well as assists in permitting, project bidding, and close out process.

Catherina Carella has over three years of experience as an engineer.  She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Florida State University and a Master’s of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado. She is a Designer I in the Civil Engineering Department working on site development plans and reports for commercial, industrial, and public works projects.
