The two restaurants and service center will join the existing Panda Express and Applebee’s. Additional outparcel development includes: a 151,000-square-foot shopping center by Chattanooga-based Hutton, which will feature Dick’s Sporting Goods, Hobby Lobby, Home Goods and Ulta Beauty; a 104-key Holiday Inn hotel; a Texas Roadhouse restaurant; and Vaden Chevrolet of Pooler, which encompasses a car dealership, car wash, maintenance shop and seven-acre car lot.

“Tanger Outlets Savannah and the surrounding area continues to grow at a remarkable rate and attract a variety of shoppers and users,” said Quito Anderson, CEO of BCE. “Outparcel sales remain very active and we’re looking forward to a strong 2017.”
