Monday, January 9th, 2017

As the beginning of the New Year brings much attention on healthier eating, TailsSpin Pet Food and Accessories and its parent company, Bentley’s Pet Stuff, are focusing on the importance of pet nutrition. During the week of January 16th through the 22nd, learn more about the benefits of holistic pet food diets for the health and longevity of your beloved four-legged family members.

TailsSpin will also be collecting blankets, pet food, treats and toys, to help homeless Veterans with pets in Savannah and Chatham County.

TailsSpin's Annual Pet Nutrition Week and Food Sale will kick off Monday January 16th with a nutritional workshop by Precise Pet Foods' Donovan Meyer.  Other workshops by pet food representatives, and a bone broth tasting, will also be held during the week.

Savings of up to $10.00 off select brands and varieties of pet food, including Blue Buffalo, Natural Balance, Precise Pet, Fussie Cat, Lotus, Nutrisource, Pro-Pac Ultimates, Nulo, Nature’s Logic, and Zignature will be offered during this biggest sale of the year.

“Our mission and philosophy have always been geared toward improving our pets’ health by introducing and feeding more nutritious food," said Lisa Senafe of Bentley’s Pet Stuff.  “After all, they are members of our family.”

TailsSpin with the help of Chief Master Sergeant Jim Fox of the 165th Airlift Wing is honored to partner with the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 660 to collect supplies for, and raise awareness of, US Veterans who are pet owners and homeless in Savannah and Chatham County.  “These veterans have done so much to help protect us and our country,” said Jeff Manley, co-owner of TailsSpin Pet Food and Accessories.  “It's our duty to show them appreciation and gratefulness, especially to help their loyal four-legged companions, during these next cold months."
