Service and Hospitality Expert Leonardo Inghilleri to Discuss “Exceptional Service, Exceptional Profit” March 8th

Leonardo Inghilleri, president of ICG (inghilleri Consulting Group, Inc.) and former executive at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and The Walt Disney Company, will offer tips on how to achieve “Exceptional Service, Exceptional Profit” at the Savannah Downtown Business Association’s luncheon on Wednesday, March 8. The March 8 luncheon will be at the Savannah Theatre, 222 Bull Street and is sponsored by StayinSavannah.com. Networking begins at 11:30AM and lunch is at 12PM.

The event is open to the public and the deadline to register is Friday, March 3. Cost is $25 for SDBA members and $40 for non-members. If space permits after the deadline, cost will be $35 for SDBA members and $45 for non-members.

Inghilleri is a recognized expert and innovator in the area of business strategy, customer service excellence, organizational culture, leadership development, and human resources practices. His firm is dedicated to service-focused organizations and in his role as a management consultant Inghilleri guides leadership teams to create the vision for their organization and the brand strategies that will build strong relationships with their customers, employees and other key stakeholders.

Prior to his consulting career, he served 10 years at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as Chief Human Resource Officer and as Executive Vice President and Brand Executive for BVLGARI Hotels  & Resorts (a Ritz-Carlton/BVLGARI joint venture). Inghilleri also developed innovative business and service concepts, the Ritz-Carlton Learning Institute and The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center. Other highlights of his leadership include being a key architect of the unprecedented Ritz-Carlton’s second winning of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.

His work with The Walt Disney Company included time in Orlando and as part of the executive opening team for Disneyland Paris. Inghilleri has held management positions within the travel and hospitality industry in Italy, England and the United States. His innovative business concepts are captured in his book, Exceptional Service Exceptional Profit, an international bestseller and collaboration with Micah Solomon.
