Dale Carnegie Training will host a 7 week management program entitled "Leadership Training for Managers" starting April 4th in Savannah at The Westin. The purpose of the program is provide tools and skills for the leadership team to improve operational efficiency, drive organizational results,  and increase team member engagement.

Participants will gain the principles for building a strong team, develop creative methods for driving innovation, discover the keys that unlock human potential, learn ways to close performance gaps, communicate and sell ideas. The program will provide the "How to's" on Leadership and Management - with practical "on the job" applications that will deliver a real measurable ROI!
